Replacement

If the product ordered by the customer needs to be replaced, the customer must apply for a replacement within seven days of successful payment. If you need to apply, please contact the customer service staff (whatsapp: 55030521). Note that the application for replacement is only applicable in the following cases:

(A) the goods received are not the goods on the order;

(B) The product received is substantially damaged or inoperable.

(C) Within 2 hours after placing the order, and if the goods have not been delivered, the customer can request to exchange for other products of the same amount, or add money to exchange for other products. If the exchanged products are less than the order amount, the difference will not be made up.

When returning or exchanging all products, please bring back/send the replaced product together with the original documents to our showroom, otherwise we will not be able to handle the exchange procedures for you.

All products that have been opened or damaged by others cannot be replaced.

No shipping fee will be refunded, and any shipping costs incurred during the return or exchange process are the responsibility of the customer.

Note: The replacement procedure takes about one week to process (calculated from the date of receipt of the returned product), and we will send the new product requested by the customer only after we have received the original product. The customer service department will notify the customer of the details.
Refund

If the buyer suddenly requests to cancel the order and refund after successful payment, please forgive us and the company will make the following arrangements:

(i) For all refund arrangements, if the order has not been sent out, and the order is not requested to be canceled due to out-of-stock, due to payment platforms such as credit card, alipay, Octopus, payme, tap&go, Atome, apple pay, etc., the moment the customer pays, Charge the company with the corresponding handling fee according to the amount; therefore, the company will charge 20% of the total transaction amount of each refund order or no less than $150 as administrative and handling fees, which will be directly deducted from the customer's refund;

(ii) If the product has been sent or is in transit, and the buyer requests cancellation and refund, the company will arrange the refund after the product is returned to the company; at the same time, the buyer needs to pay the full amount of the company's posting and delivery of the product. The shipping fee incurred for returning the goods will be deducted approximately 30% of the total transaction amount of each refund arrangement or not less than $250 for handling fees and shipping fees;

(iii) If the customer pays by credit card, the credit card company/bank will charge a handling fee, which will be directly deducted from the refund by the relevant credit card company/bank, not by the company, and the final refund amount will be paid by the credit card company / The total amount returned by the bank shall prevail.
